Each of these words, both correct, means "to formulate," "to reduce to a system," "to arrange in a certain order": "Please systemize (or systematize) the filing cabinets in this office." "You can work more efficiently if you will systematize (or systemize) the contents of your kitchen." Systematize is the more commonly used term. Approximate synonyms are organize, dispose, articulate, and order.
